Our first wine and still the foundation of our production. The fruit is sourced from one single block in the Ebenezer sub-region of the world famous Barossa Valley.
Hand-picked, then wild fermented with up to 40% whole bunch inclusion. Gentle handling during fermentation results in a wine that is rich, yet supple and savoury - a modern interpetation of the Barossa.
